Why Flipkart is registered in Singapore (Why not in India)

Narendra Modi is going the world over to invite everyone to Make In India. The FlipKart does the opposite exactly - selling Chinese made mobiles at cheaper price than Indian and Western counterparts
Moreover Flipkart is not registered in India (in Singapore)? What are they upto? Who is behind them

Flipkart is an e-commerce company founded in 2007, by Sachin and Binny Bansal. It operates exclusively in India, where it is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is registered in Singapore, and owned by a Singapore-based holding company so flipkart is registered in Singapore and in India each and every mobile is imported from out side of India if manufactured units are in India also example Nokia manufactured unit is in TamilNadu but import parts from nokia office in China and assemble in TamilNadu and each and every branded mobile is to India via China example Samsung Nokia Motorola Cellkon etc so Make in India to become True it takes time because there is no manufacturing units and no Indian companies are not there in India so make in India project to become true takes time so we have to import mobiles from other countries still manufacturing units establishment takes place and Prime Minister Said Make in India so he not said not to foreign companies but said foreign companies to establish its companies in India Thank you for reading
